Are you using a television? If so go in to settings and select game mode. If not have you tested the mouse on other devices? It might be cabling, the surface you are using it on. remove any and all mouse acceleration play around with the DPI settings. reinstall mouse drivers. Using a different USB port.

I think it is a loose cable at the front of the mouse, I have had that before, try wiggling that cable a bit ( holding it and just gently moving it backwards & forwards not aggressively wiggling it :) )

Please let me know how it fared on another machine, different surface.

I have input lag problem that affects the mouse and keyboard, in any game and also in the work area, I already used several mice and keyboards, with different monitors also and the problem continues, different computers are also tested and the same thing. would your problem be similar to this?
