would i be able to do a stable overclock.. like (original clock 3.5 six cores) and clock to 4.2 ghz without busting anything??

please consider an ASUS board, they have one of the best layouts across their motherboards for consistant and well maintained high over clocks. Another great option is gigabyte, ASRock are a great medium competitor but will not solidly maintain a consistancy that either asus or gigabyte can for overclocking potentials.
