Need a Build only to stream games on xbox 360. What's important in this build, im assuming graphics card isn't but please explain :)

For a streaming build, the most important part is the CPU. Integrated graphics is enough to stream, no need to get any kind of GPU. You could do something good on an even lower budget than that, but here is a look of what the build would look like for $500 :
