Recommendation for about $500 Budget PC

Hey guys, my friend want to build a computer about $500 or over by little for general use. But it need to have an i5 4th generation CPU. And we already have a 500W power supply and a case already.

So this is the list

CPU: i5 4th Gen (Which one is the best)
Motherboard: Thinking of MSI Z87 G41 PCMate
RAM: I found a 8GB Patriot Viper Xtreme for $45
HDD: 500GB Minimum
Video card: Mid range or is i5 integrated good enough for general use. Little of gaming maybe. Not those high end graphic games
PSU: I have an extra Corsair CX500 laying around ($30)
Case: ($30)

Which games do you want to play ? Either we get a CPU that is a bit lower but that will make us save money in order to be able to add a video card to the build, either the games that you play are fine on integrated graphics and we just get a good Haswell CPU.

Yeah actually I was thinking of that too. My friend not gonna play any of those high end graphic games. I'm pretty sure intergrated graphic can handle it, if not you can always put in a graphic card later.

So take out the video card. What is a good build?
