My new drive is acting strangely, is it bad?

I just ordered a new system with a 4670K and the whole system seems to be going slowly. When I tried a HDD Tune diagnostic I got results that seemed quite bad. The access times seem like they're through the roof sometimes and I'm wondering if I should RMA the drive or if I've done something else wrong. Thank you in advance.

I don't know, it just seems really slow when using it as a system disk, but I took a hard drive from another machine and am using it as a system drive and the whole system is quicker, and the new disk even benchmarks okay. I just don't get it.

Ah, okay, I just figured since it said OK is was okay, but I see the threshold and data stuff now. Thank you so much, and sorry if I was a bit ignorant on the whole thing but you've helped me learn.
