Windows 7 Performance - Startup Files Question

Toshiba Netbook running Windows 7 "Starter" - has gotten more and more sluggish. All updates applied, clean scan with MS Security Essentials, ran ccleaner (including registry). Better but still slow, please review the following startup files and let me know if you see anything (or a lot of things) that should be addressed.
