I already checked with some people I just need to be sure.

Parts:
CPU: Athlon ii x2 270 3.4 GHz
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-S2 AM3+ AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD
HDD: HGST 500GB 7200 RPM
RAM: Kingston 2x4GB Sticks (8 GB)
PSU: Enermax 350 W
Case:Thermaltake Commander Snow edition
Average DVD burner
Graphics Card: SAPPHIRE 100358L Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16

Any questions I'll try to answer. Use:I want fast surfing, HD video, and some ocassional games like Minecraft, Sims 3, Team Fortress 2. Please help I want to know if it is balanced and if good for purpose. THANKS!

Yes, that should run everything you said at high settings except for TF2, i think that would be medium settings.Try to get an Antec PSU though or the ones that are reliable. Go to game-debate.com to check all games for your current setup.
