So, I decided to lower my standards for ONE time to help a friend out. I skimped on components and after 2 logisy's psu failures. I'm stuck here now with this troll of a build. I ran the entire checklist and I'm still getting nothing showing up on my monitor. What could possibly be bad with my build? Is it just another lemon component, or am I just going crazy?

Here's the current build.

Welp, this is just getting out of hand...I feel horrible for skimping so low on parts. I've never had more than one bad part on a build, this one is just toying with me.

A bad CPU can give you bad performances, a bad motherboard might not give all the expansion slots that you could want, a bad GPU might not enable you to play the best games, a bad RAM module... well, this one doesn't exist, a bad HDD might be a bit slow, a bad case might have poor cable management and air flow, but on all of the parts, you actually choose the worst to cut on. A bad PSU might get your house on fire, might blow your motherboard, or if you're lucky might just not work at all. Think about it next time. ;)

Yeah, backstory...this friend was REALLY penny pinching....gave me a budget of $450, so with this build plus a refurbished 20" monitor, there's already been way too much spent on shipping back RMA'd parts. Just goes to show when you skimp in the slightest bit. If he wasn't a personal friend, I would have refused to do this build. SO STUPID of me.

So the build is already bought?
