1440X900 best GPU recomendation

hello all, since now i thank you all for taking the time to answer this it really helps a lot of people out there and i apologize for creating another post with this subject but i have gone throught a lot of post here and i m only getting confuse because they all go for a different GPU so i hope i finally get a solid answer for this.

i m building a new pc and these are the specs:
Asrock Fatal1ty H87 Performance Motherboard.
Intel Core i5-4670 3.4GHz (3.8GHz on turbo).
DDR3 8GB (2x 4GB) 1600MHz Corsair.
I haven't decided yet which PSU yet but most likely to be on 600 or 700W.
And then there is the GPU which i need help on that since i m keeping my old 19" screen that only has max resolution of 1440x900.

By the way i m not interested in any kind of overclocking.

Now my question is i want a good GPU doesn't matter the budge, i will get the money somehow, but since the resolution is limited, i need to know what GPU is really good to play most of heavy games like crisis3, gtaIV or V, assasin creed (all of them) and probably new incoming games at that resolution at max if possible or very close to that without actually expending extra money on a top gear GPU when i m not going above that resolution, i guess what i m trying to say is which will be enough to do all these for at least 3 or 4 years time. Please i need your knowledge on this one.

thanks again for the time and i hope i have maded my point good enough even thought my english is a little bad

You seem like a very good candidate for a GTX 760. At that resolution, that card will perform like a GTX Titan, and last a long time. The GTX 760 also features advanced Turbo Boost 2.0, which overclocks the card automatically, perfect for someone like you. You can get them for about $250 with a free copy of Splinter Cell Blacklist. The MSI GTX 760 Hawk is absolutely the best one to get.

I was also struck by your games list, featuring Assassin's Creed. Nvidia just announced a long-term development partnership with Ubisoft, the creators of Assassin's Creed. So, just like Assassin's Creed 3, AS4 will also perform a lot better on an Nvidia card. AS3 was also a showcase for Nvidia's TXAA antialiasing, and its pretty clear that AS4 will also feature TXAA and other features exclusive to Nvidia cards.
