HD 4850 on 400W PSU??

Solution
Your RAM is probably going to bottleneck you, and there's also a high probability that your CPU will too. Also, 400W won't be enough, and I feel like the brand on your PSU is probably not good, as it definitively look like a prebuilt PC. So, really, don't get this card on this PC.

I already have a HD 4850 installed on my system, my system has 4 gb ddr3, 500 GB HDD, Phenom II x2 555, psu cooler master 400 w, I was wondering if that is such a bad idea and I should upgrade my psu, and also I was wondering if any of the other components could bottleneck the card.
