Looks pretty good to me. You might want to consider adding an SSD for the Boot/OS drive if you can afford it.

The FX-8320 is NOT faster than the i5-3350P, as the i5-3350P is basically an i5-3570 with just a slightly lower clock speed. You'll get slightly less performances on this AMD build, for $25 more, aka not worth, obviously.

Probably in the 3 first days of the week, it always depends, if they got some in a store close to you... but that probably won't take longer than that, unless they have to back order some of the parts.
