Between those 2, my pick is going on the MSI one.
But if you can manage to get an EVGA GTX 760 SC w/ ACX cooling, then get this instead, it is much better.

I read some bad reviews with ACX cooling of EVGA so it boils down between MSI and INNO3d for me

Those from EVGA are actually the best 760s... well, do whatever you want. MSI is the best between those two.

EVGA has always been pretty good but they always seem to carry a bit of a price premium compared to the others, I do prefer the MSI coolers though they work well and are decently quiet. To give you an idea, I've always bought from XFX just because of their warranties, but this year I went with MSI and I couldnt be happier.

is there something wrong with the quality of their cards? or anything that i didn't know?

Its just always much safer to go with more known brands, especially within your region, if there is warranty issues and w/e its always a lot easier to reach MSI/Asus/EVGA
