First, if you're not planning to force any OverClock for that computer, drop the aftermarket cooler and use AMD's stock one.

Second, you've chosen an AM3 motherboard and a FM2 socket CPU, that will never work. You've to choose a AMD's FM2 motherboard, for that kind of setup, using an A55 chipset will be the best option.

Third, don't choose 1 x 4Gb memory stick if you can 2 x 2Gb, you're loosing Dual-Channel feature doing that and it cost almost the same money.
