Active VS Passive 3d displays

Solution
Passive Con's:
- every other horizontal line is missing for each eye, giving you an effective 1920x540 resolution.
- causes blurry text.
- only 60hz.

Active Con's:
- Crosstalk and light bleed can cause a ghosting effect, where you can faintly see the other eyes image in high contrast situations.

I've never used passive, but the light bleeding through the glasses in high contrast, may still happen with passive glasses. Crosstalk, as a result of slow response times or out of sync pixel changes won't happen.
