The purpose of my GPU is to handle the amazing upcoming Battlefield 4 at 1080p on High/Ultra with 2x-4xAA at at least 60 fps.

CPU: Quad Core i5 3470 3.6hz Boost
RAM: 8 GB
PSU: Corsair 500W 80 Plus

So here are the cards:
1. Gigabyte GTX 760 GDDR5-2GB 2xDVI/HDMI/DP OC WINDFORCE 3X Graphics Cards GV-N760OC-2GD REV2.0

17 Customers purchased this with a 4.5/5 rating.

2. MSI N760 TF 2GD5/OC Graphics Cards N760 TF 2GD5/OC

14 Customers purchased this with 4/5 star rating.

Both cards are exactly $259 on Amazon with a free copy of the deluxe edition of Splinter Cell Blacklist.

Here is the url I used to compare them, they are the same apparently?

The only difference is that the MSI has 2 fans while the Gigabyte has 3. Maybe this means a difference in cooling?

In any case, I have a MiniITX BitFenix Prodigy Case, so I hope both will fit without a problem. If it can fit the Titan it can fit these?

Thanks for your opinions regarding which one will be a better buy.

The card will fit, you'll have plenty of power, and no bottleneck. Now that being said, I recommend you getting the Gigabyte one, because it has a good factory overclock, and a bit of a better cooling.

Both are pretty much the same and spec closely to the reference. Gigabyte has the advantage.
