yes, given that you have an available slot on your case, enough power for it and spare sata port on your mobo.

yes you can..
according to imkvn, you can run 3 hdd's together. or 1 ssd & 2 hdd's

Yes you can but one will have to be at the slower 3 Gb/sec rate.

Notice the "Max Sustained Data Rate = 210 MB/sec".

Notice that SATA II is good for 300 MB/sec so the Seagate drive above at 210 MB/sec. cannot max out the SATA II bus. With rare exceptions, only modern SSDs can take full advantage of SATA III.
