Graphics card and motherboard fit

Hi I'm new to the whole building your own PC and I have a fear of how things will fit like the graphics card I'm getting which is the GTX 760 4GB. I know I need PCI express 3.0 for it but since it's a large card it takes up 2 slots. If someone could recommend me a motherboard I'd be very thankful. My budget for the board is around $80.

I'll be using AMD FX-6300 Vishera 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W Six-Core Desktop Processor. I had a friend recommend me a ASRock FM2A85X Extreme6 FM2 AMD A85X (Hudson D4) HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard. What do you think?

Thanks Werner, I think I'll go with the ASUS then. Now I just hope everything else is compatible with each other.

As for the power supply I already have that covered which is a 850 watt by Azza
