How do I backup my old dying HDD (Replacement HDD)

Hello, I've had a bunch of hardware failure in the past 2 weeks. From my graphics card to my hard drive now. These forums have been really helpful through out it. Though this is my first post.

All my old problems aside, I was wondering if someone could hopefully tell if and how its possible to backup my entire old Seagate 1.5tb HDD, to my new Toshiba 2tb HDD. Both are internal.

If you Seagate drive contains the operating system the best thing to do is create a full image of it to the Toshiba drive. There are a number of software programs that can do this, Arconis True Image is perhaps the best known.
