Will this GPU work wih my PSU?

Hi,

I can buy a GTX 550 Ti from a friend to replace my GT 440.
The PSU I have is kinda cheap.
So will this gpu work with my psu?

Erm..
if ur PSU got 6-pin connector , probably can ..
But scare ur setup might suddenly close due to not enough power ~
U nid to buy PSU above 550W, I will recommended u.
But the PSU, I will recommended u get it from Seasonic, Corsair ~
Better quality ~

No your current psu will NOT support the 550 ti. The 550 require 24amps on the 12v rail and your supply only has 17.

Look at a corsair, xfx, seasonic or antec supply ~500w.

I just did some research and I read something about I have to divide the 300watts by 12, That gives me 15 amps. And I have a 6 pin connector, But that's just some google knowledge :3

The picture you posted shows the figure I quoted. Regardless - if you want the 550ti, you need a new psu.

Mark, he has "two" 12V rails. For a possible total of 25A. If he has a six pin plug he should be fine.
