1 cheap as possible
2 nvidia only
3 for the most demanding games ill be playing minimum settings and i'll only need 24 frames per second
i can play like 80-90 percent of all pc games out right now with an evga 210
overclocked to 666Mhz gpu and 800Mhz memory so how many times more powerfull is are the new consoles than the old consoles

Solution
allright, then the 650 Ti Boost is the best card u can get, or if u can afford to go one step higher a GTX 760, and get a decent 500W PSU from Antec, Corsair, Seasonic or XFX

yup 24fps is very playable you know like every movie you have ever watched is 24fps right except the new hobbit movie is 48? and thats only for shooting games for swordfight games like devil may cry i need at least 30 to play comfortably but swordfight games are never real demanding so not a problem and yes my hate for amd runs so deep i will take a hit to my pocket
this card has a 1ghz gpu and 5ghz memory very beastly any idea how much more powerfull the new consoles are compared to the old ones

yes i play all of my games at 15-24 frames per second like i said above every movie you have ever watched in your life is at 24 frames per second and frames have nothing to do with delays frames are just whether or not your screen skips from movement to movement

24fps on a movie and 24fps on a game are VERY different. Think of an action scene in a movie, you see blurring and skipped frames, that is why there is a drive for higher fps movies. 24FPS is NOT playable if you want to play any kind of speed based game.

Thats different, you aren't dictating whats happening in a movie, with a game you are. You can watch something at 24FPS but you can't control something like that, strap a camera to your head recording at 24FPS, you can watch it back fine, put some kind of glasses on that made your eyes capture at 24FPS and you'd fall over and break your nose.

This isn't a case of opinion this is a "We're gonna save you a lot of headaches" kind of thing. Just pick up a GTX 650 and you'll get more than what you asked for.

Believe me, i used to play WOT on 8-25 fps. And there's little to non-noticeable effect now that i'm playing at 55-60 fps.

But I don't regret the upgrade. It still feels good to have a "modern" build.
