My BIOS version is f3 - the latest is f6

Would this version be problematic when paired with an up to date GTX 770?

I have had rather bad performance in skyrim; 40 - 60 fps on 1920 x 1080

Solution
If you have bad performance it would not likely be the bios, as that shouldn't matter for GPU's they have their own BIOS. So i would look elsewhere for your problem, what's the rest of your setup?

Well, I have been experiencing rather disappointing performance on skyrim with an i5 4670k @ 4.5ghz, GTX 770, vengeance 1600mhz 8gb, Samsung 840 120gb / 1tb hdd cavier sata III, Corsair TX 750W

Fps is around 45-60 (always 45 or so when around foliage, trees grass etc)

I have max settings ingame at 1920x1080 and nvidia control panels settings pretty much maxed to ultra settings ie 32xqsaa + 4x super sampling for anti aliasing transparency

The thing is, that when I used 3d Mark 11, I performed similarly to the majority of users with a similar build to mine
Could it be bad coding (I have *cough* Skyrim Skidrow)

Why so much AA? I think that slows it down a bit, also is that a stable OC at 4.5ghz? What kind of cooling do you use?

Anyway i am a bit reluctant to help now seeing you use a cracked copy, offcourse that's bad coding just buy the damn game if you like it it will run much better ;).
