Better CPU for the games listed. Better GPU overall by a decent margin. Better PSU by a LONG SHOT.

Ok great thanks. Now do you think this would sell as a low to mid range computer?

How would I be losing money if I tried to sell it?

Unless you are an established AAA company, you can't buy parts and build a system and sell it for a profit effectively. No one is going to pay for 'used' parts with new parts money. Yes you may never power it on, but because you are a person not a corp., the computer will be used as soon as you put it together. Sorry. There are threads here about this all the time and it always ends the same. You will not make a profit. Sorry.

Hmm ok so is there anything I could do to sell a computer like this or should I raise my budget and sell a computer better?

No matter how much or little you spend on the build, you will lose money regardless. Unless you are a large company, you cannot sell a computer for profit.
