Hi added new power supply because other kaput when start up says no hard drives found and goes to motherboard screen no bootable device found

Solution
I suspect that your motherboard may actually be defective at this point.

Are you 100% sure that when you swapped in the new PSU, that you securely connected both the 24-pin and 4 (or 8)-pin power supply connectors to the motherboard?

Perform a hard reset of your BIOS.

1. Power the system down
2. Remove all power sources (power cable, video cable, powered speakers, etc)
3. Press the power button to discharge any residual power stored in the system
4. Remove the motherboard battery (remember which side goes up).
5. Wait at least 30 seconds
6. Reinsert battery and reconnect everything
7. Power on

Any change after doing this?
