The motherboard generally comes with two (or more) data SATA cables; one for the hard drive, and one for the optical drive. Any other SATA devices, you'll probably need an additional cable. Your motherboard has six SATA ports so you have plenty there and your power supply can support up to eight SATA devices.
You're probably good to go, but it probably wouldn't hurt to have a couple extra just in case.
