Is there any power issues with this system?

Hi new here so I hope this is in the right place. I have just upgraded from an evga to a Radeon R7850 Ultra OC Edition from Best Buy, and I put the Arctic Accelero TT Cooler on it w/mem heat sinks so the card is running cool, two weeks no issues then bam today crashes in BFBC2 card just stops reading on all of my monitors no temp no fan speed nothing its like the card goes bye bye.
System:
CPU: Phenom II x6 1065T w/Cooler Master Hyper TX3 with 2 fans
RAM:16GB 1333 G.Skill RipJaws
GPU:XFX Radeon R7850 Ultra OC Edition 1GB w/ARCTIC Accelero TT II VGA Cooler
MOBO:MSI NF750-G55
PSU:Cool Power Gamer Pro CP-GP775 775W
CASE:Antec 300 3x120mm intake fans 2 on front one on door over gpu, 1x120mm exhaust back, 1x140mm exhaust top

I have been wondering about that, a buddy told me it was good for what I have, but I am not so sure anymore. This crash has only happened with BFBC2 so far, BF3, Skyrim, LoL, WoT, MechWarriors Online, Tomb Raider, Hitman Absolution, GRID 2, NFSMW12 all good just BFBC2 is doing this. ah should of mentioned C drive is Samsung 840 120GB SSD and secondary programs D where BFBC2 is installed is 3x250GB WD in RAID, oh and no issues with Cinema 4D, Maya 2014, or any of the CS6 Master Collection either and i render for hours sometimes there both gpu and cpu, I have 2 6 pin connectors on this psu should I maybe switch them being there might be too much on one side of the psu? idk really know there not a psu guy
