My psu's fan doesn't spin at all. It twitches on occasion, but never makes for a full rotation.

I monitored it while playing skyrim and it simply twitched.

Gpu temp 57 degrees + - 2 (playing skyrim)
Cpu = max 55 degrees @ 4.5ghz (i5 4670k)

I noticed that my gpu only caps at 70 % gpu usage (using EVGA Precision monitor)

Any connection?

FPS = 40 - 60 (low imo)

The 140mm double ball-bearing fan automatically adjusts its speed to deliver the proper amount of airflow, so high-performance power delivery isn't at the expense of noise. In fact, when you're just surfing the web, doing light office applications or otherwise keeping your TX Series PSU at less than 50% load, the fan doesn't even spin.

How can I check the psu load / temp to verify if it is functioning properly?
