OK , so I'm building PC around September ( don't ask me why this late ) and specifically AMD one . My first motherboard of choice was Asus Sabertooth r2 but then I saw there is GEN3 out now . I'm sure there is some difference , but there is also big price difference ( don't have flexible budget ) . So , is it worth buying new version , and if its not worth buying Sabertooth at all , tell me some other board around 190 bucks .

I will be taken those motherboards in consideration , but one more thing , are motherboards from Asrock good ? Some say that they are good and underrated and some say that they are shit . What is the truth ?

One thing you need to remember about saying that today's video cards do not use all of PCIe 2.0's bandwidth (with a few exceptions mentioned) is that you are looking at AVERAGE throughput and instant throughput. This is the only advantage to PCIe 3.0 that I see and if you will see any impact using 2.0 has way too many variables to figure out for each occurrence. As far as if you are using SLI or Crossfire, it would not matter as each card will have the same throughput on each slot so basically it doesn't make any difference with 1, 2 or 4 cards. Bandwidth will be at 2.0 or 3.0 for each slot.
The other item is that new video cards come out each month that use more bandwidth, mainly due to sloppy code of the game or whatever you are using making them less efficient.
All of that being said
