useless processes running

My pc uses more than 50% of ram always but i can't figure out which process shall i end as i see list of processes running, i find each one important. Can anyone help me ? I want it to use less than 30%.

I can't afford now to buy a new one and i need it because till now i haven't got any problem but it kills me when i see that most of the memory is uselessly engaged. I have 4gb ram and games like BF3, COD black ops2 etc uses around 1.3gb ram and at that time ram uses reaches around 90%. My pc heats up too much and to run my pc smoothly i need it below 30%.
