Windows 7 starting windows hangs or freeze.. and I just reformat my pc but its hang again

Please Help Me. i have this problem for weeks now and i dont know how to fix it
always hang... and when im in desktop my computer is so SLOW Y_Y..
Specs:
i7 Processor
4GB RAM
ATA RADEON HD 4800
HDD 750GB
