i have currently got it overclocked to 3.5 ghz (hostclock 175x20 cpu multiplyer)
but if i increase the hostclock anymore windows is unstable and pc restarts and 200 pc does not boot is there a way to increase the voltage to get host clock to 200 so ram is at 1600 at (200x8) and i will lower cpu to 3.8 (200x19) i just cant seem to find the options

Hi! I have the exact same board. Sadly, this motherboard is severely limited when it comes to overclocking and lacks several of the options that are integral to the process (voltage values, multipliers etc.) found on other motherboards. Your best bet is just trial and error with the host clock frequency and non-turbo multiplier. The board doesn't offer any of the other options to ensure a maximized, stable overclock. Try getting your frequency up to around 160 (worked for me on my i5 750) and enable Intel Turbo Boost. This'll make your cpu touch 4 ghz and you won't have needed to increase the host clock to dangerous levels. Good luck!
