Hi There Guys,

I'd like to ask if its possible to place the H220 rad at the bottom of the case so that O can keep the fan on top? has anyone tried this if its possible? reason for this is I want to maintain a positive airflow on the case. thanks!

Solution
i wouls say for best results try this best orientation which is very well tested just do the following things

1.h220 at top in exhaust position
2. the rear fan (buy a high airflow akasa viper fan ) in intake position to feed the rad with fresh air
3. front and bottom fans as intake
4. side fan exhaust to take out all the hot air from graphics card

Thanks Sn1992! I thought that generally the rear fans should be exhaust as much as possible. will that setup be considered as a positive airflow setup?

lastly if I place the h220 as exhaust will that mean that the fans are on top or at the bottom? thinking about it the fans will be on top doing a pull setup? is that correct?

I plan on replacing the stock h220 fans with noctua f12s and the case fans to corsair AFs. will that be good enough? I appreciate the assistance. thanks!
