HDD FPS Drop?

is my hard drive causing frame drops during gaming? i used HD Tune to measure it, but i'm not sure how to read the results. recently i replaced my broken hard drive with a new WD 1TB, but many of my games now have fps drops.

Both tests are of the same hard drive, i just did 2 to be sure.

additional information: i am running dual screen with 1 screen at 1920x1080 and the other at 1280x1024. also my PSU is EVGA 750w. i recently acquired a new hard drive after my old one broke, so my specs picture is up to date with what i have currently.

so with my specs i assume my pc should be able to run League at 60+ FPS, but in game it dips down to 40s range and stays at it most of the time. i turned off vsync and maxed out the frames, i also tried putting vsync back on and at stable frames too. i also tried turning off 1 monitor and also turning off crossfire. all attempts did not work.

i've tried switching out GPUs, different power supplies, and downloaded all drivers. my conclusion comes down to my hard drive, since it's the only new thing i've installed and that's when my frames began to drop.

other ppl have complained about HDD and FPS drops, so i think it might be it. i'm just not sure how to get a definitive answer to the cause.
