Hello,

When I'm using non-aero themes my system will have issues with windows leaving trails or stamps of themselves with other windows when being dragged. As far as I can tell this happens with all windows. I've uninstalled the video drivers with Add or Remove Programs and installed the latest ones from AMD with no luck. This also happens with the most recent Beta Drivers. This system was built a few months back and I don't recall any signs of this back then. It has a relatively new install of Windows 7 Pro 64bit and nothing shows up with Virus scans so I'd be shocked if that were the issue.Everything tempurature wise looks good with HWmonitor on idle and stability tests with AIDA64. I'm wondering if this in some way could be hardware related. Is this a known bug while using Windows Basic theme or the other Basic High Contrast themes? I was only asking you guys if you have any experience with this before I re-install the OS.

I forgot to post my motherboard:
GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3

Also, I swapped out my GPU with a HD Radeon 4890 along with the necessary graphics and the issue remains. Unless I hear any other tips I'll be re-installing W7 tonight.
