Intel 4th Generation OR AMD FX for a 19 inches screen gaming

While the CPU is an important part of any computer when it comes to gaming the most important part is the video card. The video card determines what resolution and settings that you will be able to play at. The CPU then comes into play in a supporting role to help that video card with the settings and performance. The screen size is not the determining factor, the screen resolution is.

What is your intention here, to be building a computer or upgrading an existing one ? What sort of budget are you working with for components ?

Graphic card : AMD HD 7750
Resoulation : 1377x768

max Sort of budget 220$ for the cpu

Are you building a computer or are you upgrading ? By asking which CPU to go with seems to me to say that you don't have a motherboard , you've now told me a video card so does that mean that you have the 7750 video card ? The budget for the CPU is $220 but what about the motherboard ?

so you think it is a good deal to go with A10 6800k crossfired with HD 7750 than i5 4570 with HD 7750 for my resolution

Here's your problem , currently you have the 7750 already and that card cannot be used in crossfire because it doesn't have the connecting finger at the top front edge of the card so it can only be used in crossfire x which is bone in the bios and nothing needs to be connected to the card.
If you go with the Intel CPU you will not be able to use Crossfire x or regular crossfire and to use two video cards you will have to get higher end models that do support that.
So by going with the AMD CPU you will be able to add video performance with Crossfire x.

if you didn't already have the 7750 then I would say to get the i5-4570 and a different video card.
