I go to start my computer and it cant find any OS. I go into the BIOS and my computer can find my SSD but can find my hard drive and my DVD ROM. At first i thought it was my motherboard but after i flashed my BIOS and reset my CMOS but when that didn't work i concluded it was my SSD. But what got me was when it was plugged into the system the computer took a couple minutes to get going and even get into my BIOS and when i removed it the computer went back to its fast start and this is where i cant figure out what is going on. Also I'm able to boot into Windows using the CD.

Solution
It sounds like there may be an issue with the SSD. Make sure that the connections are correct (data & power), and try to restart. Usually when it takes longer than normal to get into BIOS, it is an issue with the setup for the SSD in BIOS or cabling problem. Make sure the SSD is set to AHCI.

bios is having issues communicating to the ssd and keeps retrying is why its slowing down.
Download the latest firmware for your ssd then reattach it and see if it can be seen now. if it can update the firmware. That's the same problem I had with one of mine and only a poweroff would allow it be seen during boot.. New firmware fixed it.

Went through and all the cables where correct, even swopped the cables. it was already set to AHCI. Nothing worked.
