Just bought a new PC in parts and I noticed that I have some strange Temp Fluxuations..
The core temperatures change alot for idle activity or just going in to a regular website in between 28 -41c like every second

And CPUVcore also change rapidly between 700 - 1000 Volts

I monitor with HWMonitor and maybe wondering if Thermal Paste could have something to do with it?

The computer is completly stable when im using it.
I have spent so many hours trying figuring this out, im getting a litle bit tired:p Any tips?:)

Solution
Well if gaming and you are staying under 50 that is good. For prime95 tests usually people use HWMonitor or Core temp. Good idle temperatures also, nothing to be concerned about.

Still Fluctuates ..

This temperature is from when the Computer were Idle and just visiting websites like Facebook or Youtube.

How does the Sensor movement Test in Real Temp work ? Is there any program that is recommended for testing? Like Prime95 ?
