Are all these parts compatible for a computer?

I've been wondering if all of these parts compatible with each other and I think they are but I just want to double check in case they aren't so here's my list of parts:

AMD FX-4130 Zambezi 3.8GHz Socket AM3+ Quad-Core Desktop Processor FD4130FRGUBOX

Diablotek UL Series PSUL575 575W Power Supply

WD WD Blue WD2500AAKX 250GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive

ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

And I have a Nvidia GPU Geforce GTX560 DirectCU

And the motherboard comes with windows8

That FM2 motherboard is not compatible with AMD FX series processors. Also, no motherboard comes with an OS, unless you're purchasing a bundle/combo.
That power supply is not among my preferred list of power supplies, but I am more familiar with that brand.
Don't get 6GB of mis-matched RAM. Get 8GB (2x4GB) of the Crucial Ballistix DDR3 and be done with it.

You have triple channel RAM and dual channel RAM slots on your motherboard.
The motherboard may require a BIOS upgrade before the processor will work with it.
That is not a power supply manufacturer I'm comfortable with. Stick with Antec, Corsair, PC Power and Cooling, Seasonic, FSP (fortran source).

I went looking for a different motherboard, RAM, and power supply:

I got two sets of RAM because I want to have six GIGS of Memory. And I want a motherboard with an O.S. with it.

P.S. All of these parts are from Newegg.
