I would love help with overclocking my Processor. I am fairly new to this and am running into a lot of stability issues.

My specs are:
CPU-AMD Phenom II x4 3.2ghz 955
Mobo-M489GTD Pro/USB3
RAM-G. skills 4gb (2x2gb) 1600
Grapics card- Radeon 6770 1 gb
CPU cooler- Coolermaster hyper 212

I would love to get it up to a stable 4.0 at minimal. Thank you for any help and it is all very appreciated.

Generally with a BE processor, you simply increase the multiplier until it is unstable running something like Prime95... then (if you want to try for more) tweak up the voltage a bit at a time until it is stable. But every processor is different. Just because some folks can get 4GHZ out of their BE, doesn't mean you can.
