The 7950 is still a little better, but the margin is much slimmer.

Nvidia's GTX 760 is their main answer to the 7950 - it's even a little bit faster at stock clocks.

I was also planning on getting the MSI 7950 from Newegg, but people kept saying that the Sapphire is a better value because of the clock speeds. I'm still unsure because I heard both the MSI and Sapphire have HORRIBAD support. I wish they had good support like EVGA...

Well, the clocks are practically irrelevant if you overclock the card yourself.

I'd go with the HD7950. I personally own a Sapphire HD3850(AGP) and a Sapphire HD6950 Dirt3 Edition and I've never had the smallest problem with either of them. They're silent and of great build quality - I never really needed to contact Sapphire support, though, so I can't pronounce myself on that.
