Hello, this is my current setup and I am planning of upgrading it. Also I am aussie and I will only buy parts in Australia

Get a way cheaper motherboard or don't upgrade it at all. Just use the same motherboard to avoid having to re-install windows.

I have the Matx version yes. I would not upgrade your board. It will do nothing for performance and will just require you to reinstall windows.
