Is Setting up network (VPN) in Germany without PC possible?

Going to Germany, all I have is iPad and bluray player, is there a way to setup a VPN to access U.S. content (Netflix, Hulu, etc)? And if so, how (VPN router?)?

Yup a VPN router is the simple way to do this. Some people do use other methods like sling box etc but a VPN is the most flexible.

You have 2 choices. You buy a VPN service in the USA that you connect your router to. Or if you have access to a person in the US that would be willing to put in a VPN router you could build a VPN between your device and their house. I know some of the guys I work with that travel a lot use VPN back to their house to access TV while they are on the road.
