I have two satellite dishes that I purchased. I have four receivers at my home. I want to be able to use one dish and one receiver at my camper when I am there. How do I hook this up? It is a slightly different zip code from my home - about 35 minutes away. We cannot get any signal from the purchased dishes.

It's been a long time but I think all you need to do is point the dish at EXACTLY the right spot in the sky. Of course said view must be unobstructed. If you Google directions for pointing at the satellite of the particular brand of service you have (direct TV, DISH etc.) you should end up with a compass heading and a vertical angle that works for your particular geographic location. There are web sites which guide you in this process. That's how it worked for me about ten years ago anyway:)  It helps to have one person point the dish while another reads the signal strength meter in the setup program of the receiver.
