Will this Mobo work with this Ram ???

Those should work just fine, just make sure to check the voltage and timings in the BIOS to make sure that they are correct to what G-Skill intends to have them run at. (1600MHz, 9-9-9-24 Timings.) The board should detect them and put them at the correct settings, but it never hurts to double check. Hope this helps, and happy building!
