hi guys,, im planning to buy on a new GPU, and after doing all my research i've decided to go for Zotac Geforce GTX 760

Here,,
http://www.flipkart.com/zotac-nvidia-geforce-gtx-760-2gb-graphics-card/p/itmdn3h3kycjgx3g?pid=GRCDN3GPKAGUESMH&

My current gfx card is GTX 650(non ti),,
Games i'm expecting to play on GTX 760,
blackflag, arkham origins, BF4, and GTA 5 and other releases of 2013
My other specs are
-3rd gen core i3@3.3GHz
-ASrock Z77 xtreme 3 MOBO
-corsair vengeance 2x4GB
-corsair vs 650w PSU
-NZXT vulcan m cabinet

So my query is that
can this card run all the listed and other games at ultra specs??

and which ATI card is equivalent to the 760 ??

"What is for sure, however, is that AMD will have to lower the price of its Radeon HD 7950 Boost, against which Nvidia is positioning the new GTX 760. The 7950 Boost is slightly more expensive than the GeForce GTX 760 on average, while Nvidia's new card is slightly faster. That means AMD should drop the price of the 7950 below that of the 760 in order to stay competitive. Especially in terms of frametimes we currently would choose the GTX 760 over the Radeon HD 7950 Boost."
