Storage wont work even when it is formatted

Well my computer sees the hard drive in the disk management and device manager but i cant do anything with it, then in file explorer it wont see it.. what should i do please help

Is this a new drive? If you just got the drive you would need to initializes the drive in Disk Management and then formant it before Windows Explorer will even see the drive.
