Ok firstly there are two different temperatures that are relevant to your systems CPU, there is CPU socket temp (what you CPU physically sits on) and CPU core temp (inside sensors in your CPU and the temperature of the die). The core temp is more important to keep cool and the one you need to keep under the TJ Max of your CPU. The package temperature is not of a concern and I would not pay attention to it, as many other forums members will agree. The CPU socket temperature is usually a couple degrees hotter than the CPU core so if it reads 40c and your CPU cores are 30c then do not worry about it. I recommend that you install
SpeedFan 4.49 this is a great program and I use it instead of Buggy HWMonitor. From above your temperatures seem safe and there is no concern. Like I said don't bother with the package temperature, the correct temperature is your CPU core temperature.
I have the FX 6300 overclocked and usually my core temps idling are 18c and when playing a game (for example Borderlands 2) I am running at 28c, whereas my CPU socket is 41c
Ok, that's the main reason i was asking, I am currently ocing to about 4.7 and my temps for the tin hover about 65 and the cpu package about 56-63, and I think I read somewhere that 70 is the highest safely aloud.
