HD 6670 1 GB DDR5 on 250W PSU? Any other GPU option?

Hello my PCconfiguration is:

Intel Core i5 2320 @ 3 GHz
2x2GB RAM 1333MHz
WD 500 GB HDD 7200 RPM
PEGATRON IPMSB H61
PSU: Delta electronics Model gps 300cb

12V - 15A(Max)
5V - 18A (Max)
3.3V 15A (Max)

+5V and 3V 110W max
+5V,12V and 3V 235W max

Any other GPU option if any? I want a ddr5 GPU or any strong ddr3 GPU that can run BF3 at MED-HIGH @ 720P @ 25+FPS Budget Rs. 6000

Will HD 5670 1GB DDR5 work on 250W PSU with ZEBRONICS ZEB 430W GOLD (TOTAL COST Rs. 6000)

I saw HD 5670 performs well upto my requirment! Not sure about ths PSU and does GPU requires 12V Rail or 5V rail?

well, you could hook a bike up to a small generator and hook the generator up to your gpu. put the bike near your desk and when the action in the game gets intense you can use that adrenaline to ramp up your pedal speed to give the adequate power that you need.

or you could get the 430 W power supply and hope it doesnt break. or you could save up and get a better power supply.

i do realize everyone is on a budget but its worth waiting for a good power supply than hoping a bad one will hold out in my opinion. i couldnt resist the jokes, no harm intended :)

I can increase my budget upto Rs 6500 max .ie around 100 US $. Please suggest me a graphics card (DDR3 or better DDR5) with a good PSU. Is Cooler Master 350W Elite good to run HD 5670 GDDR5? If not give other option so that I can run BF3 @ 1366x768 @ Medium at least?Or should I buy HD 7750 GDDR5 1GB? I saw many gameplays running HD 7750 @ 220W-280W PSU.
