Dual monitor with graphics card/motherboard?

I have a sapphire hd 7770 and a motherboard asrock b75 pro3-m..
I have two monitors (both vga connectors) but only have 1 vga to dvi (which plugs in graphics card).. i have plugged my other monitor into the motherboard as that is the only other slot with vga. is there a way to get dual monitor? (without getting adapter)

i only noticed it more recently on my own motherboard (amd 890gx), i think only certain motherboards can do it though depending on their price range etc (think its to do with the number of available pcie lanes)
