Hi,
I recently got the Dell Inspiron 660 and although I can play a lot of games with the integrated graphics it comes with, I would like to upgrade to a dedicated graphics card so I can play more modern titles. Reading around, I figured the 7750 is a popular card to run on 300w yet on the AMD website they recommend at least 400w. I'd just like to check before I buy it that it would work.

My specs:
OS: Windows 8 64 bit
Processor: Intel Core i5 @3ghz (quad core)
Integrated graphics
RAM: 4gb (thinking about upgrading to 8gb)
HDD: 1TB
PSU: 300w apparently (presume it's made by Dell)

This is the card I am considering buying: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Graphics-Express-4600MHz-Eyefinity-Technology/dp/B007R1SQ1K

Solution
Consider buying a psu with it. 450-500W from XFX or Corsair are good choices for their price. Running that 300W at max load isn't going to do any good anyway.

I've not changed or looked into changing a PSU before, is it a big job?
