Please help 7970 oc now valley benchmark 30fps

I oc the grahpic card to 1080 and memory to 1380 and now valley is giving me 30 fps in the beginning while my default settings 925 and memory 1375 give me 40ish

I am using CCC to oc

Also why does it when I oc my grahpic card bf3 stop working after around 20 mins

And how do I upper my voltage

Define "stops working", does the game shut down, does the driver fail, does the computer freeze?
There's an option in CCC to increase the power limit, slide that all the way to the right to prevent throttling.
